Refund policy

30-day returns

Not happy with your Mantaros sunglasses? You can return them within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. They need to be unworn, undamaged and sent back in their original case with all packaging.

How to return

Contact us with your order number to start a return, and we'll send you the return address and instructions. Return postage is paid by you unless the item is faulty or we sent you the wrong thing. We recommend a tracked service, and keep your proof of postage.

Refunds

Once your return arrives and we've checked it, we'll refund you to your original payment method. Refunds usually take 5–10 working days to appear, depending on your bank.

Faulty or damaged items

If your order arrives faulty or damaged, contact us with a photo and your order number and we'll replace or refund it, postage included. Manufacturing defects are also covered by our 12-month warranty.

Your legal rights

This policy doesn't affect your statutory rights. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you can cancel an online order within 14 days of receiving it, and the Consumer Rights Act 2015 protects you if goods are faulty.
